This November, we’re celebrating National Game Week with an indulgent five-course Taste of Game Supper at The Retreat — a true homage to Britain’s countryside and its rich culinary traditions.

Our chefs have crafted a menu that brings the best of the season to the table: tender pulled duck leg wrapped in a spiced taco, delicate partridge served with celeriac and pickled walnut, and a warming pheasant stroganoff with onion rice and gherkins.

To finish, indulge in a pear and blackberry crumble with star anise custard and coffee ice cream — a sweet, aromatic finale to an evening of bold flavours and rustic elegance.
