Breathe deeply, slow down, and reconnect with yourself during Jo Price’s Yoga Retreat at The Retreat — a rejuvenating two-night escape blending movement, mindfulness, and countryside calm.

Across the weekend, you’ll enjoy four yoga classes led by Jo, designed to restore balance and energy through a mix of Qigong energy healing, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and gentle restorative practice, alongside an invigorating morning vinyasa flow. Classes take place in our elegant wood-panelled Portobello Room and serene Fitness Studio.

Between sessions, unwind with croquet and boules on the lawn, or indulge in the hydrotherapy suite, heated outdoor pool, or tennis court. You might even treat yourself to a soothing spa therapy for the ultimate restorative weekend.

The retreat includes a 3-course welcome dinner on Friday evening in the private Oyster Room, Saturday lunch, and two nourishing breakfasts, all lovingly prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

The cost of the retreat is £250 — a deposit to reserve your place. Overnight accommodation is separate, with a 20% discount for all attendees.
Weekend packages, including meals and classes, start from £425 per person, based on two sharing a twin or double room.
