  1. What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 11am. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to availability.

  2. Is there parking on site?

    Yes, we offer free on-site parking for hotel guests.

  3. Are dogs allowed at The Retreat?

    Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome in selected rooms and designated areas. Please let us know when booking so we can allocate the most suitable room.

  4. Do you have accessible rooms?

    Yes, accessible rooms are available. We recommend contacting the hotel directly so we can discuss your requirements in advance.

  5. Is spa access included with my stay?

    Spa access is not automatically included with all room bookings and may need to be booked separately or as part of a package. Please check your rate details before arrival.

  6. What is your cancellation policy?

    Reservations are guaranteed with a credit card. Cancellation terms vary by rate type and will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
